1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("User" or "Member") and JP6789 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the JP6789 platform at jp6789.run, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.

JP6789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this document regularly. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use JP6789's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• A valid Malaysian citizen or permanent resident
• Hold an active and valid Malaysian phone number
• Have never been banned or blocked from using the JP6789 platform previously
• Registering under your own name — registering on behalf of another person is not permitted
• Not currently experiencing or undergoing active recovery for a gambling problem

Each user is permitted to hold only one JP6789 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is a serious violation. JP6789 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances and bonuses without compensation if such a violation is detected.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. JP6789 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time for verification purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within 7 days may result in your account being suspended until the verification process is complete.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

JP6789 accepts deposits exclusively through the following approved Malaysian digital payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All deposits are processed in MYR only. Foreign currencies are not accepted in any form.

The minimum deposit is RM 30 for standard accounts. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified in particular promotional terms. All deposits are processed instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

The following conditions apply to the withdrawal of winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the verified member only
• JP6789 processes all withdrawals within 5 minutes of a request being approved
• JP6789 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000
• Any active bonus that has not yet met its wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully completed
• Funds suspected of being linked to fraud or money laundering may be held pending the outcome of an investigation

4Sports Betting & Gaming Rules

JP6789 offers a wide range of betting options covering live in-play sports, pre-match betting, slots, jackpots, and Live Casino. All bets are subject to the specific rules for each game type as outlined on the platform.

The following general rules apply to sports betting, including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, and e-sports:

• Confirmed bets cannot be voided except in cases of technical errors acknowledged by JP6789
• If a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 12 hours from the scheduled time, all bets will be refunded to the member's account balance
• For in-play matches, the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed are the final applicable price
• JP6789 reserves the right to decline or limit bets from any member without providing a reason
• Any bet placed using insider information is invalid and will be voided
• Maximum bet amounts vary by market type and match — full details are available within the platform

For Live Casino, slots, and jackpot games, the game rules of the respective game provider apply in full. JP6789 acts solely as a delivery platform and bears no responsibility for game outcomes generated by the certified third-party RNG (Random Number Generator) systems of game providers.

5Bonus & Promotions

All promotions and bonuses offered by JP6789 — including the 150% welcome bonus of up to RM 1,500, daily slots cashback, weekly sports rebates, and the VIP programme — are subject to the specific terms stated in each respective promotional offer. The following general terms apply to all JP6789 promotions:

• Only one deposit bonus may be active on an account at any one time, unless stated otherwise
• Bonuses must be activated before a deposit is made for offers that require manual activation
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified period — the default period is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited
• JP6789 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if promotional abuse is suspected
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts
• If an account is closed before wagering requirements are met, all active bonuses will be automatically forfeited
• JP6789 reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or replace any promotion at any time

The JP6789 VIP Loyalty Program is calculated based on cumulative deposit amounts and reviewed on a monthly basis. VIP rebates are credited according to a set schedule and are subject to varying wagering requirements depending on VIP tier. Platinum and Diamond VIP members enjoy rebates with no wagering requirements.

6User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

As a JP6789 member, you agree to use this platform in a responsible and lawful manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and legal action:

• Registering an account using false information or another person's identity
• Transferring funds between accounts for money laundering purposes
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to manipulate games or bets
• Sharing your account with other users or allowing others to access your account
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for unauthorized gain
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving in an abusive manner toward the JP6789 support team
• Providing false information during the identity verification process
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name without written consent from the account holder

JP6789 monitors all account activity continuously. Any suspicious behaviour or violation of these Terms will be investigated, and appropriate action will be taken, including temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, balance forfeiture, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

7JP6789's Liability Limits

JP6789 strives to provide a stable, secure, and reliable platform at all times. However, there are certain limitations to JP6789's liability that you should be aware of:

• JP6789 is not liable for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, third-party infrastructure issues, or natural disasters
• JP6789 is not liable for any betting or gaming decisions that have been disputed after they are confirmed in the system
• JP6789 is not liable for financial losses arising from individual members' betting decisions
• In the event of a proven technical error, JP6789 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the original stake amount only
• JP6789 is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials

JP6789's maximum liability to any member claim is limited to the actual deposit amount remaining in the member's account at the time the claim is made, excluding any bonuses or promotional credits.

8Changes to Terms & Conditions

JP6789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without separate prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

JP6789 will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes via in-platform notifications or email to the address registered on your account. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure you are always in compliance with the latest version.

Continued use of the JP6789 platform following the publication of any changes to these Terms constitutes your full acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance in accordance with the procedures set out herein.

9Account Closure & Suspension

JP6789 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions
• Reporting fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct
• Failure to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe
• Requests from the relevant authorities in Malaysia
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting JP6789 customer support. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days once the voluntary closure request is confirmed, provided all active wagering requirements have been met or waived in writing.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, JP6789 reserves the right to forfeit all active bonuses and any winnings associated with the violation. Original deposit balances that can be verified as free from any fraudulent activity may be returned at JP6789's sole discretion.

10Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the JP6789 platform shall first be resolved through direct negotiation between the member and JP6789.

If a resolution is not reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration or a court with jurisdiction in Malaysia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any legal action relating to the JP6789 platform.

JP6789 fully complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be read on the Privacy Policy page. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data as provided under the PDPA.
